As couples globally are facing the COVID-19 pandemic, taking the right actions and navigating this ever-evolving scenario can be challenging. Our team is making daily decisions through the lens of how to best keep our couples, employees and partners safe and healthy. We'll continue to update our policy on COVID-19 as new information is available from the CDC and WHO, as well as from experts within the wedding industry.
 
In the event your wedding plans are affected by the pandemic you may select one of the following options:
 
  • Postponing - Any payment collected thus far minus third party vendor fees may be applied to a postponed date no greater than 1 year from your original event date. All contract details will be honored for your new postponed date.
  • Canceling - Any payment collected thus far minus third party vendor fees will be refunded.
